QUALITY, PRODUCT SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

At Rebul Kozmetik, within the scope of Quality, Product Safety, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Responsibility, we are committed to:

  • Prioritizing employee health and safety above all else and ensuring that no task or organization takes precedence over occupational health and safety practices,
  • Developing our products and services with an understanding of superior quality,
  • Complying with all relevant national and international legal requirements, regulations, and other specific obligations,
  • Providing safe products that meet customer requirements,
  • Adhering to the management system standards we reference in the realization of our customer, product, and services (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716, BRCGS Consumer Product, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SEDEX),
  • Continuously monitoring our performance and striving to achieve the highest level,
  • Identifying all hazards and risks related to business continuity and carrying out necessary activities to eliminate or minimize risks,
  • Ensuring the continuity of our systems, practices, and activities while promoting continuous improvement and development,
  • Incorporating feedback and ensuring the participation of our employees and third parties,
  • Providing training to increase our employees' awareness and raising their level of understanding,
  • Informing all stakeholders to enhance compliance with these policies,
  • Preventing accidents, occupational diseases, injuries, and health deterioration related to Occupational Health and Safety. (All employees and third parties are authorized to stop work and notify their supervisor when they identify a critical risk to eliminate it before continuing work.),
  • Conducting activities to protect the environment and ensuring a clean and healthy environment for future generations,
  • Minimizing the environmental impact of our activities and preventing pollution,
  • Adapting all processes, from design to consumption, to circular economy principles,
  • Updating our processes to replace packaging with sustainable alternatives that consume fewer natural resources,
  • Integrating waste management into all processes, from design to consumption, and ensuring that waste is separated at the source and evaluated in line with circular economy principles,
  • Analyzing data related to the efficient use of energy and natural resources and implementing activities to reduce resource consumption.
