Information Provision Obligations

    • Details of any delivery arrangements (e.g., courier, signed delivery, etc.).
  6. Right to Cancel and Returns Policy
    • Clear information on the consumer’s statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days;
    • A link to or copy of the model cancellation form;
    • Conditions, time limit, and procedures for exercising the right to cancel;
    • Whether the consumer is responsible for return costs.
  7. Effects of Cancellation
    • The consequences of cancellation, including timing and method of refunds;
    • Any deduction from refund for diminished value if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature or functioning.
  8. Contract Duration and Termination (if applicable)
    • Where applicable, the minimum duration of the consumer’s obligations under the contract;
    • Conditions for termination of ongoing contracts.
  9. Digital Content (if bundled or sold with goods)
    • If digital content is included, its functionality and technical compatibility;
    • Details of any digital rights management or restrictions.
  10. After-Sales Services and Guarantees
  • Availability of customer service and after-sales support;
  • Any commercial guarantees and the applicable terms.
