Information Provision Obligations
Before the conclusion of any contract for the sale of goods to a consumer, the Website Operator shall ensure the following clear and comprehensible information is made available in a durable medium (e.g., via email confirmation or downloadable PDF) and accessible on the website:

- The full name of the business, including any trading name;
- The geographical address at which the business is established;

- If such costs cannot be reasonably calculated in advance, a statement that such additional charges may be payable.
- Payment and Delivery Terms
- Accepted methods of payment;
- Estimated timescales for delivery and any restrictions (e.g., geographical delivery limitations);
- Details of any delivery arrangements (e.g., courier, signed delivery, etc.).
- Right to Cancel and Returns Policy
- Clear information on the consumer’s statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days;
- A link to or copy of the model cancellation form;
- Conditions, time limit, and procedures for exercising the right to cancel;
- Whether the consumer is responsible for return costs.
- Effects of Cancellation
- The consequences of cancellation, including timing and method of refunds;
- Any deduction from refund for diminished value if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature or functioning.
- Contract Duration and Termination (if applicable)
- Where applicable, the minimum duration of the consumer’s obligations under the contract;
- Conditions for termination of ongoing contracts.
- Digital Content (if bundled or sold with goods)
- If digital content is included, its functionality and technical compatibility;
- Details of any digital rights management or restrictions.
- After-Sales Services and Guarantees
- Availability of customer service and after-sales support;
- Any commercial guarantees and the applicable terms.
- Complaint Handling Policy
- Information on how complaints may be submitted and how they will be handled;
- Contact details for dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution platforms, where relevant.
- Language and Governing Law
- The language in which the contract will be concluded;
- A statement on the applicable law and jurisdiction (typically UK law and courts).
