CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

At REBUL KOZMETİK SANAYİ ve TİC. A.Ş., in line with our Chemical Management Policy, we commit to:

• Conducting production in compliance with the Turkish Ministry of Health’s Cosmetic Law and Cosmetic Products Regulation, EC No 1223/2009 EU Regulation, REACH, KKDIK requirements, and our customers’ specific procedures.
• Requiring and sharing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Raw Material Specification Forms for all chemical purchases and sample supplies with all employees.
• Gaining awareness of our suppliers’ environmental impacts and monitoring their waste management practices, while collaborating to reduce hazardous waste and toxins.
• Listing all chemicals stored and/or used in our facility in our Chemical Inventory.
• Minimizing the risks and hazards associated with chemicals by continuously developing new projects under improvement initiatives and seeking alternative raw materials.
• Preferring cruelty-free raw materials that are not tested on animals for use in our products.
• Taking all necessary measures to prevent chemical exposure during chemical handling processes.
• Preparing emergency response plans to protect employees and the environment, informing employees about these plans, and conducting two drills annually.
• Providing chemical management training twice a year to all employees handling chemicals and keeping a record of these trainings.
• As part of our sustainability efforts, minimizing risks related to the procurement, transportation, storage, use, and disposal of all chemicals and ensuring compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
